  62.   The "Write to Washington" cards can get you off  to a fast start when writing one-page letters to your legislators.

  64.    Once you have personalized your copy of SAVE THE PLANET by entering your name and address, it will only take a few mouse clicks to create the skeleton of a letter to any lawmaker, complete with your address, the politician's address, today's date, and a letter greeting.

  66.    To "Write the Washington" follow these steps:

  68.    1.  Click the  "Create/Edit Your Address" button, then enter your name and address on the card that appears.

  70.    2.  Return to the "Write to Washington" button card and click the "Write a Letter" button.  You will next select a state button to allow you to view the names, districts, and parties of the congresspersons in that state.   (Use the arrow buttons to navagate through the politician cards.)

  72.    3.  When you find the congressperson you wish to write to, press "Select".   The skeleton of your new letter will appear on the next card.   You can now move this text to your word processor, where you can finish and print your letter.  Press either of the "Copy Text and Exit" keys.   Finally, copy the text from the Clipboard into your word processor. ***
